Cheating Sign: It’s Not All About Weight Loss

cheating signAs I was doing some research for an article I was writing, I found this article on a relationship study done in Heidelberg, Germany. Couples who are happy are more likely to gain weight together because there is less pressure on them to be attractive.

In other words, who do they have to impress. So if one of the partners starts to suddenly beginning paying attention to their weight with exercise and diet, it may mean that they are getting ready to ditch the relationship. It also may mean that the weight loss is a cheating sign.

Okay, this is a valid point. However, many couples do go through the ups and down of a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes the couples do it together and sometimes one decides to do it without the other. So it may not be a cheating sign.

It’s not the actually weight loss that you should look out for specifically as a cheating sign. It’s the obsession of how he looks all the time that you should look out for as a husband cheating sign. I mean it’s one thing trying to be healthier and it’s another thing trying to look more attractive to the opposite sex.

Cheating Signs Besides Weight Loss

So weight loss is the first sign that you’ll see but to start worrying about cheating, also look out for these cheating signs:

  • Taking extra time on his hair
  • Using more cologne
  • Picking out his outfits more closely
  • Looking in the mirror more
  • Talking about how good he looks
  • Smiling more
  • Shaving more than he used to
  • Shaving parts of his body that he used to not shave
  • Using body products he never used to use such as lotion

So yes, weight loss is a big indicator that he is getting himself ready for the playing field of dating or that he is cheating. However, there are also other indicators that women should look for before jumping the gun. I always say, keep a watchful eye on cheating signs and gather your evidence until you have solid proof.
